How to measure radon levels in your home
Since radon is undetectable, carrying out the appropriate test and going over the mitigation solutions that are best suited to your situation with an expert, is essential.
Long-term test – 3 months
Radon concentrations can vary from one day to the next. For this reason, opting for long-term testing to obtain a reliable and accurate result is crucial. Testing is carried out between October and May, when gas concentrations are at their highest.
Rapid test – 2 to 7 days.
Our rapid test provides preliminary data only. Rapid testing may be required for your radon mitigation monitoring program, or as part of your residential, commercial or industrial real estate transactions. In the second case, rapid results may need to be confirmed by a long-term test.
